The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 264 An                        
Act relating to aid for municipal road maintenance; and providing for          
an effective date and recommended it be replaced with                          
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 264(FIN) An Act                                        
relating to municipal highway construction grants, to                          
minimum payments under certain municipal aid                                   
programs, to aid for municipal road maintenance,                               
and to the transfer of roads to municipalities; and                            
providing for an effective date.
